What it is

  • Messenger
  • Slack alternative
  • Customer support

Rocket.Chat is an open-source business messenger and Slack alternative: channels, direct messages, threads, calls and integrations.

On your own server, company conversations never leave for someone else's cloud. There's an omnichannel module: customer messages from your website, Telegram and WhatsApp reach operators in a single window.

The command deploys the official rocketchat-compose stack: Rocket.Chat, MongoDB, NATS, Traefik and Prometheus monitoring with Grafana.

  • Channels, threads and direct messages
  • Omnichannel customer support
  • Audio and video calls
  • Apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android
  • Integrations and webhooks
