Which Fedora version is available?
The site lists it as Fedora Latest. Which release is installed right now is shown at the second order step in the bot, “Choose OS”, and on the server by running cat /etc/fedora-release.
How long is a Fedora release supported?
About 13 months: each release gets updates until four weeks after the release two numbers newer comes out. New releases ship twice a year, so roughly once a year the system has to be upgraded to the next release. If the server has to run for years without such upgrades, choose Debian, Ubuntu or Rocky Linux.
How do I connect over SSH?
With ssh root@IP: the address and root password arrive in the bot after payment. You can add an SSH key when ordering or under “Settings → SSH keys”, and the VNC console opens right from the bot.
Can I reinstall the system?
Yes, the OS reinstalls with one button in the server panel in the bot. Save the files you need before reinstalling.
