Rich Agent

An assistant in Telegram: it shows the commands and runs them on your VPS once you say “Yes”.

What Rich can do

Everyday admin tasks and the commands Rich proposes for each.

  • Diagnostics

    Finds out why a site won't open

    Checks nginx, finds the error in the config and suggests a fix.

    Commands for the task “Finds out why a site won't open”
    $ systemctl status nginxActive: failed (Result: exit-code)$ nginx -t[emerg] unexpected "}" in shop.conf:42$ sed -i '42d' /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/shop.conf$ nginx -t && systemctl restart nginxtest is successful
  • Network

    Opens a port

    Checks the firewall and adds a rule for IPv4 and IPv6.

    Commands for the task “Opens a port”
    $ ufw status22/tcp   ALLOW   Anywhere$ ufw allow 443/tcpRule addedRule added (v6)
  • Setup

    Installs Docker

    From the official repository, verified with a test container.

    Commands for the task “Installs Docker”
    $ curl -fsSL https://get.docker.com | shServer: Docker Engine - Community$ docker run --rm hello-worldHello from Docker!
  • Software

    Installs the packages you need

    Node.js, Python, git and anything in the system repositories. Rich adds the right source itself.

    Commands for the task “Installs the packages you need”
    $ curl -fsSL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_22.x | bash -$ apt-get install -y nodejs$ node -vv22.20.0
  • Explanation

    Explains an error

    Paste the error text — Rich checks the server and tells you the cause.

    bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (98: Address already in use)

    Commands for the task “Explains an error”
    $ ss -ltnp 'sport = :80'users:(("apache2",pid=812,fd=4))

    Apache is using port 80, so nginx won't start.

  • Logs

    Reads the logs

    Finds recurring errors and explains them in plain words.

    Commands for the task “Reads the logs”
    $ grep -c "upstream timed out" error.log37

    The app on 127.0.0.1:3000 takes longer than 60 seconds to respond.

Nothing runs without your “Yes”

Rich proposes, you always decide.

  • Every action confirmed

    Rich Agent runs nothing on the server without your “Yes”.

  • Exact commands before they run

    You see the full text of every command it proposes to run, in advance.

  • Only your server

    Rich works with the server whose panel you opened it from.

  • Opened from the server panel

    Rich opens with the “RICH AI” button in the server's control panel in the bot.

Get started in Telegram

No separate app and no SSH access needed.

  1. Open @ExpressHost_bot → “My servers”

    No server yet? Order a VPS right in the bot with “Order server”.

  2. Pick the server → “RICH AI”

    The button is in the server's control panel, next to “VNC Console”. Rich works only with this server.

  3. Describe the task in your own words

    For example: “open port 443”. Rich shows the commands and runs them once you confirm.
