How long can I rent a server for?
For 1 day, 7 days or 1 month. The rental end date is shown in the server panel, where you can also turn on auto-renewal and use the “Renew” button.
How is the price for 24 hours and 7 days calculated?
The same way as in the bot: 24 hours = the monthly price ÷ 28, 7 days = the monthly price ÷ 4, rounded to the cent. The three cheapest plans in each location can't be rented for 24 hours, only from 7 days.
How do I renew a server and turn on auto-renewal?
Open the server in “My servers”: the panel shows the price and the rental end date. The “Renew” button extends the rental manually, and auto-renewal is turned on in the same place.
What payment methods do you accept?
Direct crypto payment and SBP (Russian Faster Payments): no fee; CryptoBot: 3% fee; xRocket: 3% fee. You top up your balance in the bot and pay for orders and renewals from it.
Can I change my plan or move my server?
Yes. Change the plan with the “Plan” button in the server panel. To move to another location, use “Network → Migration”: the price is recalculated for the remaining rental period, with a $0.60 fee.
Do you have promo codes and extra IPs?
Yes. Enter a promo code when you order. Extra IPv4 addresses can be added at order time or later in the server panel; price per address per month: RIPE: $0.50, AFRINIC: $0.30 (in Poland and the Netherlands). Up to 10 addresses per server.
How is a custom configuration different from a plan?
A plan is a ready-made set of resources. In the configurator (“Create config” in the bot) you set CPU, memory and disk separately and see the price right away. For example, 1 vCPU, 2 GB and 10 GB NVMe in Poland costs $2.59 a month.
