Prices are taken from the providers' pricing pages on the check date, per month, without prepayment discounts; rubles and euros are converted to US dollars at the official rate (Central Bank of Russia and ECB respectively). Our price is the step from the list above, with the server in the Netherlands. Resources don't match one to one: where another provider gives more of a resource, the row says so. Providers change their prices; the current price is on their site, linked in each row.
Minimums come from the apps' official requirements; our estimates are marked.
WordPress, PHP-FPM with 2–3 workers and MariaDB fit into 1 GB; Ghost officially requires a server with at least 1 GB of memory. WordPress doesn't state memory or disk in its requirements.
Spare memory for caching and form plugins, a media library of up to 10 GB.
WooCommerce asks for a WordPress memory limit of at least 256 MB, and it applies to every PHP process. 4–6 PHP workers plus MariaDB come to about 3 GB.
Redis object cache takes 256–512 MB, the MariaDB buffer about 1 GB. Disk is for a catalog with photos.
Our estimate for a busy media site or portal: more PHP workers and a database buffer for hot pages.
Memory grows with the number of PHP-FPM pools, one per site. Our estimate.
Tick the ones you need when ordering, and they are installed together with the server.

For a blog, yes: WordPress, PHP-FPM with 2–3 workers and MariaDB fit into the “Personal blog” plan (1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 10 GB NVMe, $2.85 a month). Ghost officially requires at least 1 GB of memory. A store needs more.
WooCommerce asks for a WordPress memory limit of at least 256 MB, and it applies to every PHP process. For a small store we plan 2 vCPU, 3 GB RAM, 30 GB NVMe ($5.16 a month); with Redis cache and a large catalog, 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 60 GB NVMe ($8.35).
Yes, with the “Plan” button in the server panel in the bot. To move the server to another location, use “Network → Migration”: the price is recalculated for the remaining rental period, the fee is $0.60.
Tick WordPress at the “Add-ons” step when ordering, and it is installed together with the server. The install command and ports are on the WordPress page of the script library.
The one closest to your visitors. You can check the latency to all 4 data centers in Looking Glass and Speedtest before ordering, and move later via “Network → Migration”.
