Minimums come from the apps' official requirements; our estimates are marked.
According to the Minecraft Wiki, a server for 1–4 players needs 1 GB, plus memory for Java and the OS. The Minecraft script in the library asks for 2 vCPU and 3 GB: the second core handles chunk generation and garbage collection.
According to the Minecraft Wiki, 5–10 players need 2 GB for the server. Valheim has no official minimum; the library says 2 vCPU and 4 GB.
CS2 server files take about 60 GB (per the library). The third vCPU keeps SteamCMD updates from interfering with the game.
In Paper's launch example the server gets 4 GB of memory (-Xmx4G). Modpacks take 4–6 GB; the rest is for the OS and Java.
Palworld recommends at least 4 cores and 16 GB of memory: the server starts on 8 GB but may crash.
Pterodactyl and 3–5 servers from the list above: the sum of their requirements.
Tick the ones you need when ordering, and they are installed together with the server.

According to the Minecraft Wiki: 1–4 players need 1 GB for the server, 5–10 need 2 GB, more than 10 need 4 GB, plus memory for Java and the OS. That's why “Minecraft for friends” is 2 vCPU, 3 GB RAM, 20 GB NVMe, and for 10 players it's 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 30 GB NVMe for $6.58 a month.
The main loop of a Minecraft server runs in a single thread, so single-core speed matters more than the number of cores. Ryzen 9950x boosts up to 5.7 GHz according to AMD's specification.
Yes, it's your server: Paper, Forge, plugins and modpacks install as on any Linux server. Plan memory for mods: in Paper's launch example the server gets 4 GB; the “Modded Minecraft” plan is 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 60 GB NVMe.
Yes, with the Pterodactyl panel: it installs from the library and manages several game servers. It runs on the “Your own game panel” plan (8 vCPU, 32 GB RAM, 250 GB NVMe).
The one closest to your players. You can check the latency to all 4 data centers in Looking Glass and Speedtest. The server moves to another location via “Network → Migration”, the fee is $0.60.
